Omegas w/o flavor/gluten/soy?

Have a friend who's son responds well to Omegas, but he has a major citrus

allergy, so all the ones they've tried have helped with his balance but given

him bowel issues. Anyone have a suggestion on a high-quality, citrus-free

omega, high in EPAs, safe for 18 month-old?
