Who to turn to...being harrassed by school district...want to hire attorney!

Hello,

Most of you know my son Ashton and me as well as our situation. I wrote a

month or so ago about condescending emails from my sons teacher! After careful

consideration we have decided to pull our boys from the district and move them

to another district....

Boy that sounds soooo easy HOWEVER the principal (I have a better name for her

but I will control my tendencies:) has decided to sabotage us in every way! We

live in an area where there is only one district, we would like to move our boys

to another the problem is it is the law now that we have to physically LIVE in

the district, We have gone to 2 different districts and tried to put our kids in

(we have family in those districts) WELL she thinks she is queen and has called

each district once the records release has gotten to them and told them we do

not live in those districts thus making us have to prove we do!!! SERIOUSLY???

she is going to do everything she can to MAKE us go back....I WILL NEVER STEP

FOOT THERE EVER AGAIN!!! isnt this technically harrassment??

We are going to move in with my parents in the area of a school and then live in

our beach home on the weekends (its a home that has been in the family for years

and we dont pay an outrageous rent amount)

I have every intention on hiring an attorney for what she has done with my son

and the drive is EVEN LARGER at this point...can anyone guide me in the

direction I need to go??

my next step would have been homeschool as I would like to see her stop me
