Guest guest Posted March 2, 2009 Report Share Posted March 2, 2009 I have not seen that happen in our house using enzymes. When I take them, in fact I eat less because I am not starving constantly. Probably because I am actually getting the nutrients out of the food, which I normally don't. I don't know if it digests the food quicker..just that is digest it more completely.
