Guest guest
Well now that you mention it I don't know what kind of pneumonia it is. I started the Levaquin because I assumed it was bacterial and it has helped but my wheezing is still there... but I am a 'yeasty' person and as we have agreed here, my former asthma was definitely associated with yeast and GI bacterial infection. I found that out by accident after being treated for a GI infection and taking Diflucan around the same time - my asthma disappeared. I just saw my primary physician the day before the pneumonia set in and she gave me a 2 month supply of Diflucan to try to kill off yeast through out my body. we had agreed I have a systemic infection. Does anybody know about taking GSE along with that? I have not experienced die off from Diflucan whereas I get it every time from GSE - which is almost comical. I wonder if GSE is more potent against certain kinds of fungi? The whole thing started because I believe I might be able to attribute my tinnitus to yeast and bacterial metabolites. It started about a yr ago and I notice when I eat carbs or sugar that my tinnitus gets louder - which got me to thinking about it being an inflammatory reaction to metabolites. fortunately my Dr is into Integrated Medicine and will listen to me. One last question about the Activated Charcoal - I haven't used it before and I thought you took it like 4 hrs apart from the GSE or drug - is that right? Also are you using probiotics during this time to replace GI flora or waiting till after the treatment period is over? Thank you so much, you've been very helpful When I get severe lung issues, I take 4 GSE tablets [the equivalent of 50 drops] and 20mg biotin every hour until the main problem passes. I HAD NO IDEA YOU COULD TAKE SO MUCH! >>I formally stopped having asthma after I worked on yeast and > bacteria in my body. Apparently its back. My asthma was caused by yeast in my lungs. So long as my yeast is under control, I have no asthma symptoms. > Do you think its in my GI tract or in some other tissue area? Based on my personal experience, this sounds like you have a lot of yeast somewhere in your body, and when you take GSE it migrates into your lungs as it is dying off. >>My personal > physician recommends using Alpha Lipoic acid to mop up the free radicals > that are released from die off. I would use activated charcoal to absorb the die off. I used ALA as a chelator, which increased yeast for the first 50 rounds. Dana
