Olive Leaf is a good anti-viral. For some its good for yeast, for others not so

much. Grape Seed is a good antioxidant with anti-inflammatory and antihistimine

properties. Not sure about anti-fungal or anti-parisite. We use it for

oxidative stress.

For yeast grapefruit seed extract works well. You can use the drops and add to

juice as it has a strong taste. We started with one drop, twice a day for a

week and worked up from there to about 10 drops, divided.

Havent used any anti-parisite herbs or meds, so maybe others will chime in.

I used olive leaf extract [OLE] for 2 years. It eliminated bad bacteria and

helped get viruses under control. Then I started my anti-viral supplements and

eliminated the viruses.

I have never used grape seed, but it is a good anti-oxidant.

If you meant grapefruit seed, that was excellent here for controlling yeast.
