My son's highest doses were 15 capsules VS and 6 capsules OLE per day.

Those doses did require a LOT of yeast control. I used biotin,

Candidase, and GSE for yeast control.

My son required a lot of vitamin C to keep the viruses from migrating

back into his brain.

It mixes well into lemonade, orange juice, or tomato juice. Or, put

the drops into empty capsules. Or buy capsules or tablets.

He is 11. He no longer needs vitamin C, but start at 500-1000mg per

day and work up from there as required.

Definitely increase it. The most common symptom of too much vitamin C

is diarrhea, so if you notice that, drop the dose back a little.

O.k. I'm still in research mode here. Any advice on what to tackle first- Yeast,

Bacteria or

Virus? Does virastop increase yeast? Does Virastop work for both bacteria and

virus?

Anything to watch out for if I use virastop?

Thanks,

Dani

Viral " die off " will tend to increase yeast, so probably best to start

there and find a yeast protocol that works well for your child.

>> Does virastop increase yeast?

Yes, viral " die off " tends to increase yeast.

>>Does Virastop work for both bacteria and virus?

It did at my house.

Yeast overgrowth was constipating at my house, but some people

indicate that it caused diarrhea. Viral die off tends to cause yeast.

Try increasing the yeast protocol, see if that helps.

> How does virastop work once you have cold symptoms? Are there side effects or

reactions?

Take it on an empty stomach. Viral die off tends to increase yeast, so increase

your yeast protocol as required.
