Guest guest
Not that I know of but you could just give two of each of the regular kind. That is what we do but for some reason ours only likes the " purple ones " that are the Peptizide. Wont' touch the Zyme Prime or No-fenol chewable purely based on color! Waiting patiently on the new Trienza capsule! Guest guest
For us No Phenol and Trienza seemed to help with our son's reaction to moderate and high phenol foods. But we get even better results (at least it seems to be better) with Phenol Assist from Kirkman Labs and a separate digestive enzyme. From: mercier.angie <amercier@...> Subject: TriEnza Date: Sunday, August 30, 2009, 6:52 PM We are all organic and dairy free using CLO and have seen more miracles that I can explain! But for many reasons we would like to try this with what we are already doing instead of going GF too. It came in today and I would also like to start a probiotic once I am comfortable with the TriEnza. Does anyone have severe additive reaction? That's a major one in our house and noPhenol didn't help although Epsom salt baths do.

Guest guest
after years of being off all artifical colors, flavors and preservatives for nearly 3 years (taking No-fenol for fenol foods) he only recently has been able to handle occasional exposure to artifical colors & flavors. I do use TriEnza, but prefer the 3 seperate ezymes, seem to work better when I can tailor the amt of each to what he is eating. I use TriEnza out of the house, and it is what the school nurse gives him for lunch. My son has always needed more No-Fenol that recommended. Epsom salt baths have been our best defense against infractions, and chlorine. We were off all the above and using enzymes for over 1.5 years (with great results) before we removed gluten. We saw major improvements taking out wheat/gluten, esp with constipation and sensory seeking. After being off it for about a year, we allowed small infractions and are currently allowing more (with enzymes) with only minor reactions at times. Guest guest
This is what I found Thiamin may enhance circulation, helps with blood formation and the metabolism of carbohydrates. It is also required for the health of the nervous system and is used in the biosynthesis of a number of cell constituents, including the neurotransmitter acetylcholine and gamma-aminobutyric acid (GABA). It is used in the manufacture of hydrochloric acid, and therefore plays a part in digestion > > > > Do you know the mechanism behind this (why it works)? > > > No, I just know it did. Guest guest
I would like to hear the testimonials of families that have tried using the trienza enzyme from Houston. Good and bad. Thank you
Guest guest
we dissolve the capsules in juice and the chewables go fine here, just eating them. YOu may want to not make a big deal out of it, and say. " If you chew this, I would be able to let you have this... " works here just fine....And if they still don't you can pull out the big guns and say the DOCS says you must have this, to help your food digest, and if they don't , they don't eat. MIne was stubborn too in the beginning and didn't want to take the enzyme, but once I said we can;t let her eat without it, she fought for about 1 hour, but eventually hunger gave in and she chewed it, and has been ever since....It's normally a mind over matter thing here, some texture issues but the TRienza are some of the best tasting ones out there for our group.... Good luck... Jen Trienza > After reading some posts we decided to go with the Trienze chewable > tablets from Houston Enzymes. Only thing is, my picky little guy wont eat > them!! Guest guest
We do the dye-free nystatin, it's gfcfsf. Continue everything, the first week you might want to add charcoal before bed to mop up the die-off. Make sure 2 hrs away from supps. If you crush trienze and put it in juice, it will taste good. Just make sure it's crushed well so it melts easy. nancy j From: stacey_pizzano <stacey_pizzano@...> Subject: Trienza Date: Tuesday, May 4, 2010, 7:14 AM  After reading some posts we decided to go with the Trienze chewable tablets from Houston Enzymes. What did you do? I cant imagine they hide well in food because of the flavor and I wasnt sure how they would disolve in juice (also would the taste of the tablet be to overpowering for the juice). Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated. Also, on another note, I got our Pedi to write us a prescription for Nystatin. Does the liquid form have gluten or casein to anyones knowledge? Pharmacy and Pedi didnt know. Also, can we continue to take all of our supplements while taking Nystatin (havent started it yet). Currently we take, fish oil, DMG, Spectrum Awakening. Thanks!!
