Guest guest
We're on Day 9 of enzymes and using Peptizyde, Zyme Prime, magnesium, and I just added zinc for his ticcing. So far no increase in negative behaviors (leveled off on OCD/stims/tics, so he's still doing it, but it's leveled off) and the positives keep coming, but not in a huge way. I read about the Brain Child vitamins and looked on their site. Anyone use these? Like them/hate them? I'd like to get an " almost all in one " for a basic multi-vitamin/multi-mineral for Ben, and this looks like it would cover everything we're currently trying to incorporate into his diet aside from EFAs and enzymes. Thoughts? Advice? He's barely learning to swallow broken quarters of tablets, so we'd like powder, chewable, or liquid. Thanks in advance! Guest guest
My son has been on Brainchild since November. We like it a lot. However, you need to start with minerals at 1/8 to 1/4 dose and then slowly intoduce the multi Vitamin. The adjustment to multi vitamin is a bit hard. Kids become too emotional and teary but over the long run, it is well worth the effort. The cognitive improvement on the vitamins is undeniable for my son and we have been able to bring my son's mineral levels mostly within reference range. We supplement aditional zinc, magnesium, vitamin A, and vitamin E and Methyl B with Folic Acid. Other than these, the brainchild is taking care of the rest of vitamins and minerals Best, Haleh --- mbzoltan <mbzoltan@...> wrote: > We're on Day 9 of enzymes and using Peptizyde, Zyme Prime, magnesium, > and I just added zinc for his ticcing.
