How long do the enzymes stay active? Are they still active say 2 hours after giving them? 3. How long does it take to figure out if we need to go a wheat free diet or if the enzymes are enough? Sorry if these are repeats. Several times I have posted messages and they haven't shown up--either by email or the list of messages on the web site.
