1st time using Nystatin/Yeast

Any information that would be helpful?? Just started Nystatin for

yeast. My DAN is herb/alternative supplement friendly but didn't

suggest it for the yeast (except for milk thistle to help with detox).

She has only had 3 doses and I see die-off in her stools (black

specks). Is there anything else I should be doing to help? GSE or

OOO??? Once she is off the rx is there anything else I should do to

help keep it away? Anyway to know if we really got it? I have

drastically reduced sugar in her diet (she had a strong craving for

sugar). TIA!
