Hi,

1. Would anyone have any ideas about what could be causing dizzy

spells in my 13 yr old PDD son? He has been having them since Feb -

with some aggression, went off Metadate, couldn't function in school

anymore (depressing to him as he was on the honor roll.) While being

home tutored, EEG, MRI and blood tests were all normal. I had been

limiting his carb intake somewhat, (making gf pasta, etc) and giving

enzymes then but he is now totally GF 2 months as enterolab showed

he has intolerance and celiac gene. As he is 13, it took getting him

the test and the doctor telling him he cant eat wheat to get him to

stop wheat. (I showed her the " Enzymes for Autism " book and where it

said enzymes are not fully proven to help celiac) He is having less

dizzy spells now, no agression, much less anxiety, but the dizzy

spells are still a concern. He now also is on Wellbuterin (but no

Metadate or other stimulants - we tried a few months off meds as dr

was ruling out neurologial problems, but he needed something) B-

Complex, MultiVit, HoustonEnzymes NF ZP and Peptizide, Acidopholius,

EPA/DHA and MSM

Q.- Could the dizzy spells be possible from yeast overgrowth or any

other cause? He not only gets them when he is thinking hard - eg.

schoolwork or biofeedback, but even having fun swimming in the pool.

2. Though enterolab tests showed my 3 year old is casien and gluten

intolerant, his pediatrition wants him to have blood tests and see a

GI. He has shown much improvement on enzymes and GF/CF diet, he is

visibly much more happy. My reg Pediatrition I did not see that day

and the PA was skeptical about the tests I bought, but I am printing

out info on enterloab to show them its validity.

Q - Does my son need to eat any milk or bread for IGA to show up in

his blood?

They want " Anti-gliadin ab, anti-endomyrial ab. TTG IGA and immune

cap for food allergies " One reason I am worried is that blood tests

for me last year were negative for gluten IGA while I was not eating

it - my immune system had been very weak and avoiding wheat was the

only thing helping my stomach and fatigue. The doctor told me to eat

wheat, but when I tried I was sick to my stomach, and ended up

getting a alternative doc and enterolab tests - which showed up

positive after eating 1/2 of a roll....(I however was able to

tolerate wheat talking ZymePrime and Peptizyde, but after 2 weeks

some symptoms came back so I am GFCF with enzymes now)

thanks for any answers I know this is long.... -j
