2 year old putting everything up nose??

Can anyone help me understand why my 2 year old keeps putting things up

his nose? He sticks wipes, napkins, dog food, whatever up his nose

daily until it bleeds and then he gets so upset. Most of the time it

works its way out, but 2 weeks ago we had to go to the walk-in to get a

tree nut removed. Right now he has a large piece of a baby wipe lodged

up there and I can't get it out. I thought maybe it had to do with his

allergies and sinus pain, so his doctor started him on Zyrtec, but he

is still doing it. I would really appreciate any advice.
