For my family, enzymes, anti-virals, and B50 have been very helpful.

This supplement has copper in it, which makes it off limits for us

and most likely many others.

There are suppliments that help, but the problem starts in faulty

digestion. SCD has worked wonders for my dd.

I'm not the OP but my son was on Empower for a while. The

ingredients are all listed on the website - mainly it is a

combination of vitamins, minerals, and a couple of herbs. It's

marketed for bipolar and ADHD.

We really didn't see any great effects from it that weren't also

possible from a high-dose vit supplement - anxiety didn't change at

all. My doc was also concerned about it having copper in it. Plus,

my son hated the flavor of the powder, and to get their recommended

dose it is a lot of pills.

HOWEVER, that said I would still recommend it for bipolar

patients. And, the company is really fabulous about helping you

figure out things -they were the ones that told me about inositol,

choline, and some others that have helped.

,

What does the individual's hair elements test look like? I certainly had social

anxiety at the worst of my mercury poisoning.
