Be sure to drink plenty of filtered water to avoid dehyration. I would try to see if you an tolerate some Vitamin C, Zinc and Selenium. You can get the last two in ioninc form so you can take just a little but to start with and IME its well absorbed. Go slowly with the amalgams, I didn;t at first and nearly crashed. If I was doing it again I would do one quandrant every 3 months or so HTH Mandi in UK

Thanks, Melinda B vitamins cause yeast overgrowth, and for me, I can't take them every day because the yeast gets too bad. You might try taking a lower dose of the vitamin and take it with something that eliminates yeast. I take my vitamins [they have about 250% of USRDA in them] every other day, and with one GSE tablet. This works for me. Yeast overgrowth caused sound sensitivity for my son. And for me, I do notice sometimes that I get a film over my eyes, and I want my sunglasses more often than usual. Thanks, Melinda The problem with multis and other combo supplements is if you don't tolerate an ingredient you can't tell which it is. I would suggest getting some individual nutrients and trying separately. If you have any individual nutrients (or at least things with smaller number of ingredients) for your kids already, maybe try those to see what you tolerate. If you are mercury toxic, the most important things to get started are vit C, E, B complex, fish or flax oil, milk thistle, magnesium, zinc, and molybdenum. Light sensitivity and moodiness are adrenal symptoms. I get bad light sensitivity when I need more adrenal support (along with irritability, postural hypotension, episodes of weakness, low blood sugar, various others). I'm not sure what else would cause such a degree of light sensitivity - you might want to do a search for other possible causes. --
Guest guest
You sound about like me. I can tell you that all those fillings have probably caused adrenal fatigue. I am the same age category and have that along with light sensitivity. My son uses Spectrum and the amount of bvites are actully low. We give him additional B vites three times a day in addition to what is in Spectrum. You may not tolerate supplements rigth now. I am still having a hard time and I had my fillings out in May. How much selenium is in the spectrum. This was a trouble supplement for myself and many adults I have talked with who have mercury. For some reason only now am I able to begin to tolerate baby amounts of it. But I am on a yeast protocol and have done four rounds of chelation. Before that..no way. I got serious mercury head if I took selenium. One thing that helped me was flaxseed. So EPA's just not from fish if you can help it. Unless they are tested for mercury levels. Do not consume any fish /seafood either. Basically, you don't want to add to your burden. I don't if anyone told you this but don't chew gum until those fillings are out. Avoid extremely hot foods (temperature not flavor), these things can make the filling leak more. Also Vitamin C has been a great help, and not little amounts...work up to like 4,000 mg a day. I take 1,000mg four times a day. More if I feel cruddy. Somehow it helps the mercury symptoms. Sad to report but my memory was one of the first clues that something was wrong. I felt like I was losing it. If you can start with some Adrenal Cortex(if needed), lots of C, and maybe probiotics. Bit by bit, one at a time. I know that after my fillings were removed my adrenals got worse, this is really common, so I you can treat them now, it might go better after. > > My ddl hair analysis came back looking fine but I know I am highly > toxic. Guest guest
___,,,^.~.^,,,___ Jan, you use the expression, " getting mercury head. " I'm really curious to hear a more detailed description of what you mean by that. I want to see if your description is similar to what I think you mean, because I get a strange sensation sometimes in response to certain intakes that I have attributed (subjectively) to mercury being mobilized. Curious to know if others have the same experience or if I'm barking up the wrong tree. ---Thanks, meow. [ ] Re: Severe light sensitivity and Kirkman spectrum complete You sound about like me. Guest guest
No problem: for me mercury head is a headache, brain fog really bad, like under water, can't think straight, can't focus, can't concentrate, overwelming urge to sleep, fussy vision sometimes, head can be " buzzing " like too much going on but none of it makes sense... any of that sound familiar. It can be accompanied by fears, thoughts of doom, panic, the oh my God we are all going to die feeling, overall you feel like your head is on but not connected to the rest of you. > > > > My ddl hair analysis came back looking fine but I know I am highly > > toxic. Guest guest
Another note: what kind of fish oil are you using? Many brands are actually high in mercury and this will aggravate your symptoms. Many here use Nordic Naturals as it is the best tested so far. My doc of integrated med/dental who removed my fillings said I could not use any fish products or consume fish/seafood for one year following removal, as any mercury even the tiniest amount would signal an immune response that she said I would be sorry for. Just an FYI, to check your oil. If does contain mercury this will make your symptoms worse. You can use flax oil, or forti flax. > > My ddl hair analysis came back looking fine but I know I am highly > toxic. I am saving up to get my amalgrams removed.
