Update on today's TN vaccine Bill HB 956:��

'Safe Vaccines for Tennessee's Child Act'

Sponsor, Rep. Lynn,

made a clear presentation with irrefutable

scientific documentation

that thimerosal (mercury) IS poison & SHOULD BE

outlawed in vaccines

in TN (as it has now been banned in CA, NY, DE,

IL, IO, MO, & NJ).

She then acknowledged that she KNEW the bill

could NOT be passed in

TN this year and WITHDREW it. Parents were in

disbelief & shock.

Please let any media contacts know TODAY (front

page news) that

'The TN Dept. of Health & St. Jude Childrens'

Research Hospital can

quit worrying about the 'SAFE VACCINES IN TN�

BILL' (which they

lobbied AGAINST--although they aren't supposed to

lobby if they

receive federal monies--according to the CDC site

Also, this was a serious conflict-of-interest for

TN House Speaker

Democrat Jimmy Naifeh from Tipton County who led

the fight against

the 'Safe Vaccines Bill'--since he is married to

a pharmaceutical

lobbyist (Betty )

His district should really consider this at the

polls next time!

HB0956 had AT LEAST 1 more committee to go (a

committee that Speaker Naifeh is on)

& then to a Governor who probably wouldn't have

signed

it anyway. It's been a long, drawn-out battle for

parents--making weekly trips to the Capitol only

to be disappointed repeatedly by

political games played by committee members &

Chairman Hargrove.

THANK YOU to all who participated in this battle

for safer vaccines.It's over. We lost.� Please

spread the word, TN has rejected SAFER(no

mercury) vaccines. And, parents, educate BEFORE

you vaccinate. Wewill NOT vaccinate (ESPECIALLY

not in TN). You decide for yourfamily. And,

ALWAYS ask to see the ingredient list. Thimerosal

has

been 'voluntarily' removed, for awhile, from some

vaccines. Aluminum,

MSG formaldehyde, & aborted fetal tissue (MMR)

are still in others.

I was told by my Democrat friends as well as

Speaker Naifeh's staff that he has been horribly

hateful and meanspirited toward Representative

Lynn regarding those who have faxed, called, and

emailed him regarding this bill. It is also my

understanding that he accused those who sponsored

the bill as being responsible for the calls,

emails, and faxes.

I would like to state for the record, that it was

his own party who notified *me* of his dealings,

as well as that of his wife, the lobbyist. While

I apologise on behalf of anyone who resorted to

name-calling, I stand by our rights that he works

for US, not us working for him. As well, I was

told by his Democrat friends that they do not

like people asking them to support this bill.

Evidently, many of our own Representatives have

forgotten that they do our bidding and we have a

clear right, if not obligation, to speak for our

causes.

My apologies to Representative Lynn if Speaker

Naifeh is so niave of the political process as to

assume those in his own party and office are not

fed up with his grandstanding that he believed

she was involved; Representative Lynn had no role

in Jeff Ransom or my request that my beloved and

oppressed vaccine injured community make our

voices hear.
