Guest guest
Hello, My son still has black eyes after being on allergy shots and restricted food allergy diet (has lots!!)since September. I have checked his meds ( they do say no corn) and make everything on my own. I have tried giving him dyes to check phenols, but one ear has only turned slightly pink, so I don't know if that could be it. He has eaten fruit on the phenol list and we haven't noticed anything with that. I have not started olive leaf extract yet, I was waiting for summer to be able to keep a record of it is fine or not. My son is on a rotation diet and is still somewhat picky about what he can eat on this. Any help is greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance, M

Also list his supplements and/or medications. Dana

Guest guest
I'm not sure. He is on so many supplements that I forget what some are for. What are some things for liver. He cannot have GSE and is not on OoO, olive leaf, or anything like that. ---- Kerbob <robertbloch@...> wrote: What sort of liver support are you doing? Guest guest
Silymarin (milk thistle extract) is very good for liver support. There is a catch, if you are on Rx's milk thistle may make some of them less effective because it works on the liver so well. FW: [ ] allergy questions Hello, I'm reposting this again. Guest guest
Ok, that's the one I was thinking of and no he's not. So how much would I use? How does this effect his allergies? Guest guest
Thanks, How much milk Thistle would he get? He is about 65lbs. ---- Kerbob <robertbloch@...> wrote:
Guest guest
That daily value fluctuates. Starting fresh you want to start low and build up and watch for loose bowels. We use Twin Lab Silymarin which are 70mg capsules. (Silymarin and Milk Thistle Extract are the same thing) We give one of those with each meal and another at bed time.
