Guest guest
I know this is off the topic a little but people on here seem really knowledgable. We just moved to MIchigan from Georgia. In Georgia my son had an IEP and was doing extended school year (which was on his IEP). When we moved here they told us it was too late to get him into extended school year. Does anyone know if we have any legal recourse? He is regressing so much already It is really depressing. He was really starting to gain some great skills during the school year and they are going away from not being in school. Help!
