13-yo Aspie in Legal Trouble...Mom needs advise

My 13-yo son was accused last night of exposing himself to the 5yo

neighbor girl. Her dad has threatened all of my children with physical

violence if they come near his property, and then he called the police.

I talked with both my 13yo & 11 yo who were playing tag with his 3 kids

in the back yards, and teh 13yo says that he didn't do it, & the 11 yo

says that they were all together the entire time, & it wouldn't have

been possible for anything to have happend.

The police are turning the matter over to family courts.

I am terrified that with his typical Aspie body language, that he'll

be tried & convicted before we ever get to court...even my DH wasn't

sure if he could believe him, too much & too little eye contact, stiff

postures, turning away, fidgiting, etc.

I've told him not to talk to ANYONE, including police, principal,

counselor, friends, about ANYTHING that happened last night, and that

if ANYONE asks, that he needs to shut his mouth until I get there...I

told his VERY supportive teacher to call me the moment anyone calls

him out of class

I just don't know where to turn, or what to expect.
