Guest guest
I have updated the Basic Dosing section at my enzyme web site. The sections are: Dosing Guidelines How Much Enzyme to Give Timing - When to Give Enzymes Mixing Suggestions Suggested Dosing When Starting Enzymes - general guidelines The Great Low-n-Slow Method - specific guidelines Additional Guidelines for Yeast/Candida Additional Guidelines for Systemic Healing Additional Guidelines for Special Diets or Adding in Previously Eliminated Food Because The Great Low-n-Slow method is asked for so frequently, I wrote it out in more detail there, with additional section for yeast, systemic, and diet sections. People can refer to these links directly if needed. I will add more and refine it as it comes up. One thing I was very surprised to learn this past year was that most people in the supplement/enzyme industry as well as many doctors, both traditional and alternative, are just SHOCKED at this low-n-slow approach. They traditionally went for the 'hit it hard with tons of stuff' approach or feel they need to switch to a far inferior product with much less healing ability. The feedback has consistently been that the Low-n-Slow approach has been much more effective than their traditional approach for many people (particularly the tough cases). happy new year, .
