Yeast die off...on Nystatin...

OK I am a neurotic mom...

I have had my son on Nystatin for 3 days now...his BM's before

Nystatin were always loose..maybe went 1 or 2x per day...a decent

amount..

Now on Nystatin..

Day

2 little squirts of poop coming out after he would eat..3 x that

day...in the evening throwing himself on my and the

floor..clingy..crying....

Day 3

woke up miserable...pooped a BM with more quantity consistency of

chocolate pudding..but getting a little darker than usual....

Any ideas...is there some die-off behavior going on?? does it sound

like it could be helping??/ is there something I can give to counter

balance the die off effect??
