Try methyl B12

Valentina,

Can you explain more how B-12 helps with

numbness in hands. My son also seeks deep pressure on

hands (i think he feels numbness as well) and also

flaps the left hand more sometimes.

If you are giving B6, try reducing the dose and/or adding magnesium.

B6 toxicity caused peripheral neuropathy, which can manifest as

numbness and tingling in hands and feet.

I think it has to do with the way methylB12 affects the nervous system.

If you read about signs of B12 deficiency this symptom is always listed.

Here's one example:

" Signs of B12 deficiency include numbness or a tingling " pins and needles "

sensation, or a burning feeling; a red, sore, or burning tongue; loss of

appetite; gait abnormalities, personality changes, an Alzheimer-like

dementia, psychosis, depression, and agitation, particularly in older adults.

Other signs are megaloblastic anemia, and elevated serum homocysteine, in

people of all ages. "

+++Hi B,

Toxins can cause numbness, or it can be caused by putting constant pressure on

some nerves when you are sleeping; that woke me up with a numb hand once last

week.

If it is happening regularly I think its toxins, which also cause arthritis.

Your body will also " retrace " any past episodes with arthritis you've had.

Just stay on the program long enough for your body to heal itself thorougly.

Bee,

THANKS, so much. Yes it feels like I am retracing arthritis . I am sure still

have toxins, I had a couple of cortisone shots and a few lidocaine shots for

pain , besides the other drugs I had been on for pain. My massage therapist

where I go for pain relief shared with me a technique to help with lymph

drainage . Laying on your back , put your arms straight back along side your

head while doing deep breathing, (as you already recommend.) It does seem to

help me with the weird pain I have ongoing in my right thigh above my most

damaged arthritic knee.In a recent post someone had mentioned lymph .You did not

mention the oxygen question, so it seems you are not concerned. blessings~m

+++Hi ,

There are so many things on my program that work together increasing oxygen in

the body that to list them would mean listing everything on my program. lol!

For example vitamin C increases oxygen because it helps your body produce more

hydrogen peroxide which is oxygenating. Niacin is oxgenating but works with

other B vitamins. Vitamin E is oxygenating and so on and so on. But of course

none of those work right if other nutrients like omega 3, saturated fats, meats,

eggs, etc. are missing or lacking.

Everything works together, so leaving out something, or taking more of a

supplement, or taking other things not recommended doesn't work. Also doing too

many treatments doesn't help since they can be too stimulating causing more

stress on the body.

The slow easy way works best, allowing your body to do its job without

interference.

Cheers, Bee

Dear Bee,

I would love to know when you will have a book, or handbook

published.

This is critical for me! I put almost fifteen dollars into a printer at the

library (to print out your manual, and said to myself,

" Maybe she might have something that I can buy off the shelves at some

bookstores. "

Thanks for all your help, Bee!

Judy

Hi Judy,

Publishing a book won't be any time soon.
