Nordic Naturals was NOT one of the listed defendants and issued a statement saying it has surpassed all regulatory levels, making it the leader in fish oil supplement safety. The named companies are (and this was taken from the San Francisco Chronicle (I think that's the name of the paper...sorry if I got that wrong)): The lawsuit names CVS/Pharmacy, General Nutrition Corp. (GNC stores), Now Health Group, Omega Protein, Rite Aid, Solgar, Twinlab and Pharmavite, which produces Nature Made supplements, as defendants.
