I know there are lots of messages on this, but I just want to say that

" repositioning " isn't really tummy sleeping. It is true that plagio

and tort are less common with tummy sleeping, but the SIDS incidence

is higher. However if you are really trying to agressive repo, you

need to keep the pressure off the flat spot and put it on to the

prominent area. So what you do is position the child so they are

resting on the prominent area - which usually wouldn't be onto the

tummy, because the prominent area is usually at the back of the head.

Does that make sense?
