Guest guest
Can anyone inform me about this subject : I am taking ldn since 1 year and 2 months, first at 3mg, and now at 4.5mg for a ppms. I noticed amelioration concerning stiffness. Since a few days, I am really less tired. If it continues like this, I'll appreciate a lot. If ldn influences fatigue, is it normal such a long period ? Thank you for answers and also temoignages. Françoise

Guest guest
I am sorry Francise, Your e-mails keep coming back. I will just include them on this reply e-mail. See below: **Hi -- I am new to this discussion of LDN, but I just read the question about needing energy. Whenever I take super malic, I get immediate energy. It's in the healthfood stores. It's a combo of malic acid from apples and magnesium. It's supposed to fuel the ATP energy cycle in our cells. It comes in 200mg tablets, I believe. Start slowly, and earlier in the day. I took my first one at night and didn't sleep at all, I had so much energy! It also moved me from the slow lane of the pool to the fast one! -- Robin ** I haven't found DL-Phenalyline helpful when it comes to improving energy, though others have. What I HAVE found helpful are the glyconutrients recommended by Dr. Lawrence in England: liquid aloe vera, shark cartilage, and kelp. Dr. Lawrence suggests adding glyconutrients after antioxidants. ** Hi Paatti, For fatigue try a teaspoon of cayenne pepper in a warm cup of water. I advise drinking it in the morning or afternoon, because it will keep you awake, thus giving you more energy. Initially, in 1999 when diagnosed, I was prescribed Ammantadine(symmetrel) for fatigue, but since taking LDN in 2004 someone on this site suggested the spice Cayenne Pepper. Also try water aerobics, it is the best way to exercise the legs and all parts of the body. Good Luck, Dee RRMS ** I have mentioned this before but besides b-12 in the form of sublingual methylcobalamin- NADH 7.5mg , acetyl-l-carnitine and alpha lipoic acid on an empty stomach should increase energy alot. These items can be purchased through Swanson Vitamins mail order catalog. Otherwise they can be very expensive but usually work, Kathy ** Best of luck Aletha [low dose naltrexone] ldn and fatigue Can anyone inform me about this subject : I am taking ldn since 1 year and 2 months, first at 3mg, and now at 4.5mg for a ppms. Guest guest
Hi Kathy, I am sending you a copy via e-mail. Much faster and cheaper than snail mail. The only problem is that there are attachments and sometimes they can be rejected by e-mail systems. If you do not receive a copy within the day please let me know My best Aletha Re: [low dose naltrexone] Re: ldn and fatigueWhat kind of supplements for MS fatigue?---- creiaa <CLANDAUnyc (DOT) rr.com> wrote:> Everyone responds differently, Françoise. Guest guest
Hi Francoise, It is just an e-mail that I put together when has information regarding LDN and MS. It also has some attachments that were made by Dr. ce from England. He has MS and he used LDN and gives it to his patients. He wrote some things down to help people while using LDN. I will forward a copy to you My best Aletha [low dose naltrexone] Re: ldn and fatigue I do not know what is a " welcome e-mail " Françoise > > Everyone responds differently, Françoise.
