I was on antibiotics for over 6 weeks and still had it and my friend told me about Uva Ursi, an herb and had improvement the first day and gone completely in 3 days but took it for a week. I'm allergic to penicillian [sp?] so they tried a different antibiotic. My male kitty gets uti's and I ordered herbal stuff for him and it even had the Uva Ursi in it. It's also called bearberry. I plan on staying on a maintenance dose of D-Mannose. Never want another UTI again. I'm still very weak, but strength is coming back slowly but surely. Glad they finally worked out your bladder trouble. Email me privately and I will find the list my doctor gave me to keep the bladder infections away. It helped me tremendously.
