This came from my PT I reccommend you make a list and check off each item as you do them ea. day The stretching I currently do are... 3 sets of 10, 2x Daily All these can be done while sitting... 1. sitting or standing and marching in place - like stomping the bleachers at a stadium game 2. sitting and doingToe taps - lifting the toes up and down like patting the floor 3. dig the heels into the floor - like laying on your stomach and lifting your heel/foot. I cant't 4. holding the table and rising out of your seat, keep your knees apart 5. holding the table and slowly sitting, keep your knees apart with a pillow if needed 6. knee squeeze - squeeze a pillow or ball between your legs 7. knee spread - tie your knees together with a theraband or bungie cord and push out with your knees 8. roll a tennis ball around the floor using just your foot 9. squeeze a ball with your weak hand I also have a home gym which I use, when I am not too tired and it is not to hot, which I bought for less than $100. A friend picked it up for me www.craigslist.com Strengthening is always a good thing vs atrophy and couch potatoeitis -
