Zantac and proton pump inhibitors

I don't remember Dumont saying that he uses the two together, Pat. I

thought they agreed that one should be given in the morning and one

at night -- otherwise, they actually cancel each other out.

's local GI doctor had told us this exact info before the

convention, so I may have misunderstood this but thought that Dumont

agreed with Dr. H.

That being said, we have had INCREDIBLE success with 's

appetite once we started her on Prevacid (proton pump inhibitor) in

the morning, and Zantac at dinner. First we did just the Prevacid,

and she ate more than she did on the Periactin without it. But when

we added the Zantac too, now she eats even more.

Cindy - if B is actually pointing to his chest, as Dumont once said --

watching with your eyes can actually be more effective than some

tests!!! Zantac is such a mild medicine -- I would rather see you

try it and see how he does, than go through another invasive test.
