Hi and

Please add this post to success stories file .

I was just writing my Paediatrician with details of our success with HNI

Enzymes and asking for his help with monitoring chelation. Sam does not have

words still but communicates his wishes and emotions very well using PECS and

gesture. HNI enzymes and treating yeast have given us the biggest

improvements so far, I hope to add chelation to that list. Here are the

bullet point improvements I listed for the paed.

Ø Has learnt to swim (with armbands)

Ø Potty trained

Ø Big leap in receptive language, following commands, puts rubbish in bin,

flushes the loo!

Ø 'hanging out' with his brothers (aged 6 & 7)

Ø Initiating play with dad and brothers now (just mum before)

Ø Annual IEP needed 6 month review - 27 of 38 targets achieved

Ø Big increase in 'word-like' sounds, gone are the gutteral 'meng' and

mung' with tongue low in the mouth, now 'mum-mey' and even once, a perfectly

clear 'mummy' whilst looking straight into my eyes. (At 12 months he said,

mama, dada and bay-bee). He is also experimenting with blowing.

Ø He is now emotional - crying when told 'no', stamping his feet in temper

- great 'normal' terrible two type behaviours!

Ø Affection spontaneous, natural and more 'normal'

Ø Teachers (Portfield) reporting " 100% productivity "

Mandi in Uk

On HNI now 14 months, Sam 14.1.97

PS Backwards on the potty training (stools) since commencing chelation :(

Wow Mandi, the awesome-ness continues! Good luck with the chelation,

that seems to make a big difference for some.

On another positive note, my husband has been has been taking the

Peptizyde regularly for several months now (he didn't start right

away when the boys and I did). He says recently he has noticed that

the arthritis pain in his joints has lessened about 70-80%! in the

last few years, he has been complaining more and more about it

hurting to go up and down stairs - his family has arthritis in it.

This is really good - and a bit expected. Proteases are known for

helping arthritis. There are over 100 types of arthritis. There have

been many clinical trials showing oral proteases are effective with

several types of arthritis. Here are some references from the book

Enzymes and Enzyme Therapy by Cichoke:

Professor Steffen and associates studied the value of enzyme therapy

in treating rheumatoid arthritis patients. Of the 42 studied, 26

improved (61.9%), 13 had no change, and 3 worsened.

[C. Steffen, J. Smolen et all, " Enzymtherapie im Vergleich mit

Immunkomplexbestimmungen bei Chronischer Polyarthritis, " Zeitschrift

fur Rheumatologie 44:51 (1985)]

Investigations by Horger, Moro, and Van Shaik reveal that elevated

CIC values can be rapidly reduced to normal levels (in two to six

weeks) with enzyme therapy.

[Horger, Moro, van Schaik, " Zirkulierende Immunkomplexe bei

Polyarthritis-Patienten, " Natur-und Ganzheitsmedzin 117 (1988)]

Dr. Klaus Uffelmann of gemundsen, Germany reported on an eight-week,

double-blind study of 424 patients. Proteolytic enzymes proved

particularly effective in alleviating pain, improing mobility, and

reducing soft tissue swelling and muscle stiffness.

[ " Enzyme treatment of soft tissue rheumatism, " from lecture, First

International Conference on Systemic Enzyme Therapy. Univeristy of

Klagenfurt, Klagenfurt, Austria. September 12, 1990.]

Hi , this is nothing to do with your reply but you are so knowledgeable

re enzymes - our child has been on them now for almost a year - I won't go

through all the gains or I will cry, there are so many, he now learns really

really fast and gets and retains things - my question is - I know he has

viral issues with measels and HHV6, raised titters, are there any enzymes

that help in bringing those titter down - I have read about 4 books on

enzymes but would rather have the knowledge from a parent and someone as

knowledgeable as you - I have also been taking enzymes once a day for the

last few weeks and can't believe how my system is so great and how untired

and clear I am - all good stuff- even if you want to email me off line thats

fine maryhe@... - am going to start child on antivirals if can't find

an enzyme to help

Cheers H
