Guest guest
Thanks for the info Sally - I am amazed that the Marinara is bad - the other products I have used from Walden Farms are great!! Then again, I am not usually fond of Marinara anyway. Amber/FL Re: bread --On Tuesday, April 01, 2003 5:29 AM +0000 OSSG-Protein wrote: > How many carbs per slice of bread? And how much does it cost? One slice has 6.9 g carbs (1.6 is fiber, 0 g sugars), 7.6 g protein. $6.19 per loaf plus shipping (I order several things at once from them - if you order $55 or more, shipping is free.) For more info: http://www.synergydiet.com/besbreadar.html Their bagels are great, hamburger and hot dog buns are great too. I also like their crackers and some of the other products. Stay away from the Walden Farms calorie free Marinara though - yuk! Guest guest
I agree with Sally....the Marinara sauce is YUCKY!! To me it tasted like sweet red water with garlic flavoring......a lot of garlic flavoring LOL. I didn't like it at all. But today I tried a product that they carry called Keto hot cerial. Bannana nut. Wow, it is yummy. I don't eat breakfast, so I had it for lunch. high in Protein and low in carbs. Added a little SF french vanilla davinci's to it, and it was heavenly!! Low carb is getting easier all the time! Elvia > > > Thanks for the info Sally - I am amazed that the Marinara is bad - the > > other products I have used from Walden Farms are great!!
