I had ham and swiss rolls with cream chesse in them today for lunch.. they were like a treat... Also, try celery with cream cheese. When I make my salad for dinner I add bacon bits, shreaded cheese and eggs... with blue cheese it is a meal in itself. Sounds to me as if you need to up your vitamins a bit: This is what I take: Vitamin C, Vitamin E, Vitamin B Complex, Calcium, Potassium, And a quality multi vitamin. I have never felt better. Sometimes if I get drowsy in the afternoon I have a seltzer or maybe something to eat if I think that's why I'm fading. Your lose is GREAT!!! Stick with it and think of it as a way of life and not a diet.... Add some spice. I only can say that I know eventually I am going to lose weight on this WOL!! I feel good and I know I am looking better thatn I was even if I am still carrying that extra weight. Please don't give up!! We are so close it would be a shame to stop now!! You only have 23 more pounds!! Go to some of the recipe sites and see if you find something different, or go off for 3 or 4 days and then back on and see if that helps. We can do it !! Together we all can!! If so............. why are you upset girl! if not......... i was at 177 and it took me about 7 weeks to get down to 165.. and about 1 1/2 sizes! But it was worth it! It wasnt the quickest ... but I feel so much better. If you cant drink that much water.. then dont! Dont make yourself miserable. That is not what this woe is about. If you can only drink 4-5 glasses a day then stick to that and gradually add in another glass or 1/2 glass a day. Have you checked out Pennys AWESOME website? She has a lot of links to recipes and stuff. PLEASE DONT GIVE UP. I've been up and down and on and off and i understand what you are going through.
