Guest guest
I dunno 84lbs over about five months sounds pretty damned good. I'll bet I ate more than you and lost nearly the same. Everyone loses at different rates and eats different amounts. If you have a dietary concern I'd hit up your doctor/surgeon or better still their dietician. I doubt they'd be totally against some sort of liquid or at the least some change to maybe have you diet more effectively. Then again the idea here is not have this be some special short term diet but a very long term mindset towards eating healthy all the way around no matter how much you eat. Sorry for the lack of actual ideas. Mike in GR > > Hi! I had my surgery in June and have lost 84 pounds so far...but Im > concerned. I think that I am eating to much.
