Guest guest
I also have the alternating and was diagnosed with IBS years ago which of course kicks in when you are worried and I have a wheat intolerance so although you may not be true celiac you may still be a bit sensitive so worth cutting out. I also have the lower right abdominal pain but with me they have been going the renal/bladder route and I have a cytoscopy tomorrow. Of course when I did an experiment and upped my meds the pain went away as my metabolism sped up but came back when I had to drop in line with teh endo. seeing him today will get tested on his levels and up tomorrow so trying to be good ;-). As I have had high LH levels recently am also looking at maybe PCOS for the pain route as my upping coincided with first part of cycle so just in case Dawn I also have problems with alternating constipation/diarrhoea. All tests for Celiac (blood/biopsy) have come back negative. Next step is colonoscopy to check for Crohn's because of lower right abdominal pain, then a small-bowel follow through.
