Guest guest
I believe at 6 months I was -83 lbs or so. From what I hear the first 6 months are the most dramatic so I am trying to get a range. Guest guest
OK...I've kept a weight journal so here's my #s for the first 6 mos. 1 week pre-op 380.9 day b4 surgery 361.5 -19.4 lbs 1 month post-op 339.7 -21.8 lbs 2 month post-op 318.8 -20.9 lbs 3 month post-op 301.3 -17.5 lbs 4 month post-op 284.8 -16.5 lbs 5 month post-op 266.4 -18.4 lbs 6 month post-op 255.4 -11 lbs And that should add up to 125.5 lbs. It's early and I did the math in my head so I could be wrong. LOL! But that's how much I lost each month for the first 6 mos. Guest guest
I have a program on the computer I use. I downloaded it for free. It has pesky advertisements unless you pay for it; but it serves it's purpose. http://www.soundtells.com/WeightTracker/ I wanted to be able to see how I was doing. It's pretty cool to see the little line go DOWN on the chart it makes for you. Guest guest
Lorraine, there are different phases you will have to go through... Phase 1 is liquid diet, phase 2 is soft foods, phase 3 brings in solid foods as you can handle them. It's a slow process to help you introduce food again like a baby goes through.
