Guest guest
I thought he said in any form, but sometimes I am just half listening with the TV on. However, it was a doctor on one of the morning news shows on the FOX channel. The FOX web site sometimes carries the info which was on TV. Maybe it can be found on the web site. Guest guest
My mother-in-law e-mailed and said that she saw a doctor on TV today say that cinnamon is good for diabetics. We knew that. But apparently he said it should be taken in capsule form. My husband always puts a very generous amount on his cereal in the morning. Is this good enough, or do I need to find the capsule form for him? I appreciate any opinions on this! Thanks! Gwen in SC SAHM to three princesses and -- a little prince due in June! As I said before, the study is extremely small, and of questionable validity. What is needed is a large scale, well-controlled study. However, none of the companies selling cinnamon capsules are interested in doing that. Ron

Guest guest
All the evidence about cinnamon is not scientific, it's anecdotal but I still like the taste. But it doesn't suit everyone. Take care. Guest guest
About Cinnamon you can by cinnamon liquid casuals in the diabetes section of Wal-Mart pharmacy. it suggests you take two a day, morning and dinner time. I've been using it for two months now. I believe it works for me. O! back in the early days the doctor would have the patient urinate on and Ant-Hill. If the Ants collected around it, the person had diabetes. I never thought about that, I live in the country, I'll have to try it. LOL!
