Hi Ya E... Good Monday-morning to ya!

At such tiny amounts I don’t know that there would be a crash or 6 to 8 week waiting period...

I think it would depend on you personally, how your body processes the meds and how it converts, etc.

I take .88 5 x a week and .100 2 x week and I take 20 mcg T3 some days and 15 mcg others— no crashes so far – I attribute my aches and pains to being a mom, age 48, with two kids, ages 18 and 12, running my own biz, and constantly overworking myself and overdoing it - I say that cuz when I have listened to my body and been “smarter” about this and not worked 7 days a week, I don’t have any crashed, regardless of the exact med amount.

How are you feeling?

Sue

Just haveing a thought this morning through my headbanger.

Hey there SUE:

The day out there looks quite nice. Doncha think?? Oh, I dunno E — promises to be OVER 100 again here today and lawn is nearly crispy now :( I guess I need to relocate my window...working on that all the time!

Anyway...maybe you are right. Maybe there wouldn't be any " crashes " with the way I'm doing things here...and also YES..you are right. Not everyone crashes. Maybe I'm like that too. Sounds like it and then again maybe SOMEtimes you WILL crash... Life is funny that way :)

I am feeling the same really. Things haven't changed much for me in about fourty days...symptoms-wise. I've been wanting to get out there an enjoy the Summer...but it looks as though its getting away from me.:) I remember Summers on the East Coast, boy it’s been a long time... I miss the changing of the seasons. Here we stay in most of the time— 100 + degrees and allergens to kill a horse (hey, there’s that Horse reference again LOL)

I was watching the baby who lives next door jump in her pool yesterday and thought that looked like fun!

it is! :) LOL~! Sometimes ya just gotta make do...!

Ya know, my hat is definetly OFF to you! I don't know how you can keep all this straight and have a migraine to boot. Cripes, I can't find my butt with both hands nowdays and I don't HAVE a migraine! You go girl!!! Spifflyongillespie wrote: Just haveing a thought this morning through my headbanger. Hmmnn. Well, have you heard the theory that after you do an increase in your med, it takes a while to

"adjust"(that time being 6-8 weeks) and that you know its time for a med increase when you feel the "crash?""Crashing" is when you get to the end of the so called adjustment and start to get hypo symptoms returning with a vengence. In my case...this migraine starts to lighten up...right after an increase...and then a few days later, it returns with a vegence. Anybody follow so far???I'm just playing with the theory and exploring the corners...Anyway...since my increases are micro-sized, would it not MAYBE be true that my adjustment times are smaller and my crashes sooner?Usually...increases are 12.5 mcgs or 1/2 grains or at the very least 1/4 grains. THAT is most folks. My increases however are usually less than 1 mcg or 1/16th of a grain, so you see there is quite a big difference in my increases compared to the usual increases. Combo tweaking can be kinda tricky...so its best to do

tiny tweaks I've found. I know that some folks will SAY no matter what the size of the increase...YOU must ALWAYS wait...6 weeks or 10 weeks...maybe longer, but others may think one should increase after one begins a "crash"..then of course you have to come up with criterion to make sure its not just an adjustment blip, instead of an ACTUAL crash. This is why we do temps and pulse checking. Sometimes those addtional clues help to fill in the picture to point the right way. What do you think?? Maybe just crazy here...or rationalizing some wishes or something. My BASAL was 97.6 this morning. This is an increase over last week...but then again, I did add 3.75 mgs to my regimen last week. It was going down before that. ~E:)
