I thought the Carol Burnett Show was MUCH funnier (hello mrs a wiggins, or even better yet the " perfectly hollow, " sketch), but then I was older. I do remember as a 9 year old having a crush on Goldie Hawn, who did star on the Laugh-In program. I remember also when I hit 30 and was teaching, and having to explain who Nixon was when I made jokes about the Nixon administration. Very humbling, but time does march on. I would like to ask all who are so inclined, to Pray for her in her time of need. Her name is Alison Counsel and she is undergoing Chemo right now.
