Matt,

Did the Doctor send off any of the drainage for a biopsy???

He should do that and they can determine if it is sarc. I am glad

they are doing something, at least! Be sure to take ALL the

antibiotics.........sending lots of hugs and prayers.

I went to the doc today and they took another look at the lump ( now the size of an egg) under my arm and deceided that it was an infection. They numbed it and then drained it.I

Matt -

I am glad you got some answers and some relief about the lump! I know those types of things can really get painful, and if it was that big, it must have really been giving you a lot of pain. The underlying infection was probably really making you feel run down as well. I am sure you will start to feel better now that you have some antibiotics in your system.

Hope you hear from the insurance soon about the enbrel.

Take care,

LOL, what a distraction! Would you rather have a draining lump with a tube or the headaches? Must be some nasty headaches! I am sure many can relate, you are not alone.

I am sorry the enbral isnt going to work out for you. That is a shame. Well, best to find out right away I guess.

Does it ever end?

Hi kim, Went back to the doc today- he said that the

lump was much smaller and draining out- they now think

it was a reaction to the one shot of Enbrel I got so

they are going to try another med to be on the safe

side. They dont want to start any new meds untill this

lump is totally gone. I see the doc again tomorrow as

they have a tube in the lump and will take it out if

the lump has tatally drained. Other then that I am

doing ok- at least this has gotton me off worrying

about my headaches.
