Can anyone explain the difference between between:

OLE - olive leaf extract

GSE - Grapefruit seed extract

Oil of oregano

Do they treat yeast and/or bacteria? Which one is best? Do they kill good bugs

too? Can you give with probiotics?

Thank you,

,

We're using GSE, Lauricidin, MCT oil for yeast. Actually, I think

Lauricidin, and possibly all of them, are also antibacterial.

Anything that is antibacterial is going to also kill your good gut

bugs (in the gut and in your probiotic). To get the most from your

probiotics, I'd suggest giving them anti's and pro's about 2 hours

apart. In our family, we give probiotics with meals, the antis

between meals. Oh, and we tried OoO but it upset my son's (and my

husband's) stomachs and throats. Strong stuff.

I use this for anti-viral.

I use this for anti-yeast.

I don't use this one, but I think it is good for at least yeast and

bacteria.
