Guest guest
I was so inspired by your recipe that when I got home from a long day at school, I made them and popped them in the oven! I can't wait to taste some- they look like peanut butter fudge! > > This is our absolute favorite thing at our house: > > Preheat oven to 350 degrees. > Combine: > 1 cup peanut butter > 1/2 cup honey > 1 egg > 1/2 tsp baking soda > Mix on slow for a bit, then medium for a minute or so. Bake 25 > minutes (I use an 8x8 baking pan lined with parchment, but use > whatever floats your boat). Cool and eat!
Guest guest
So, my Peanut Butter Brownies just came out of the oven, and they are amazing! I also don't know how it is those ingredients produce such a " cake-y " texture. Wow! Where did you find this recipe? I love it! DH gave it a 7-8/10, and I'd give it an 8/10. (Though i should have taken them out of the oven slightly sooner) Ironically, better than that BH cake I made the other day. Thank you for sharing, it's such an easy recipe and not THAT bad for you, even. You know, it would be FANTASTIC with a peanut butter homemade ice cream... hmmm.... Love that it's not chocolate also, as I have some issues with chocolate. > We keep these in the fridge - they are terrific cold! My nonGF > husband adores these - they taste like real brownies with peanut > butter flavor instead of chocolate. AWESOME! And kind of weird - how > do those ingredients make a bread-like texture? > > Heidi >

Guest guest
HE HE I made them last night too. They are so easy and I thought to myself " there is no way that these are the only ingredients " Sure enough, they turned out great. I too think I left them in a little too long, but otherwise they are perfect. It doesn't seem to me that they are all together too bad for you either. Thanks for the great recipe. Delish!!
