a, you didnt do awful at all! I had:

Breakfast

coffee w/cream and splenda

eggs

bacon

30 oz. water

Lunch

ham and cheese rollups

hamburger patty

30 oz. water

No greens today but I will tomorrow. I was not in the mood for veggies, I

wanted MEAT, I was starved all day.

Well I stayed low carb if not on induction. Today i had over 64 oz water

(thanks to Kari) and still drinking. and I exercised for 40 minutes at 3.1

mph on the treadmill. My menu wasn't quite as good as all that but here is

what I had:

oops by the time i posted i was at 56 oz of water i had gotten a few

calls since i had started typing this.

Good for you, ! I have to say that water is one of my

biggest downfalls. I just have such a hard time forcing myself.

I've read a lot lately about the benefits and all, but I just don't

like it and I know I don't get nearly enough!

i used to hate drinking water and now i do it as a habit and really

enjoy it as long as it's cold with ice. but now i actually like it

and i don't like soda very much anymore. i like the white soda's but

it's not worht the calories for me.
