I had: Breakfast coffee w/cream and splenda eggs bacon 30 oz. water Lunch ham and cheese rollups hamburger patty 30 oz. water No greens today but I will tomorrow. I was not in the mood for veggies, I wanted MEAT, I was starved all day. Congratulations a! Your posts sound so positive, I LOVE IT! Kari Dinner steak shrimp cooked in butter 30 oz. water today Well I stayed low carb if not on induction. Today i had over 64 oz water (thanks to Kari) and still drinking. and I exercised for 40 minutes at 3.1 mph on the treadmill. I've read a lot lately about the benefits and all, but I just don't like it and I know I don't get nearly enough!
