PS Congratulations again, ! You're doing great!

ok well my gym has two chiropractors drs get paid for the gym from

insurance if they use it for rehab but its a regular old gym too .. one of

the drs assistants just got certified as a trainer

he said he will work with me one on one for an hour without interruptions..

we will do some flexability, diet and then just plain old whipping ya into

shape stuff. i have worked with this guy before . hes the one who shows you

around the gym so i dont think he will kill me . but the routines he gave me

before worked so i am sure he knows what hes doing and i have overheard his

diet advice and it is low carb so i am pretty sure we will get along. i

just cant get my butt to the gym but i know if i pay for these sessions i

will go hes going to charge 25 an hour. i can let you know more tomorow

after we talk more

, are you my sister?:) Just out of curiosity, how much does

something like that run? In my little town there's a new place opening up

and they advertise on the mall sign " personal trainers " and private lessons

and chiropracty. I don't know yet if they are a gym or a rehab center or

what but I was curious what a personal trainer could do one on one would

likely get me in the door and not have to be in a class or anything.

Great ! Glad to hear you are back at the gym.

I am going tomorrow to check one out at our hospital.

$100 for 6 months. I need a backup plan for training for

my 60 mile walk if the weather really gets crummy here.

Wow, that is cheap Dianne. very cheap. Hope they have the equipment you

need. and that it's available for the amount of time you need it.

Wooo hoooo, good for you !!! I'm hopinh to join a new gym, owned by

friends, next month and they have a 6-week course with only 20 minutes a day

programs... I can't wait! Maybe I'll see the 160's this year too!

I'll keep hoping you don't bounce back up!

nah kari i have to do 45 tomorrow with my trainer so i am saving my energy

he will make me do three sets of 15 on the leg press and then 3 sets of 15

squats with the bar .. hes mean .. but i will have a drink of water with ya

well good for you for staying low carb paula i know you know thats not very

good food you are eating but .kicking the carbs is whats important right now

I did great. Coffee with splenda and half and half for breakfast, with a 20

oz glass of water

Lunch was turkey in broth as I was making the soup

Dinner was the now complete turkey fakenoodle soup.

more coffee/splenda/cream

about 100 oz of water.

Boy you didn't eat much. And I forgot to add in eight oz. cheese on my

earlier menu. so 8 more carbs equals 41.5. And now I am hungry too.

well, i ate quite a bit of turkey/broth for lunch and a nice large bowl of

the soup for dinner and the soup also had the cabbage and green beans in it.

I feel well satisfied.
