" Stress " is a very hard thing to describe. What you may consider as stress,

really isn't stressful for your body. Just as some people work well under

pressure, some people have bodies that deal with stress much differently.

Stress also includes illness, surgery and other physical conditions that

stress the body.

Lucky for you that you handle stress so well!
