I also had previous surgeries-7 actually, which left my left ear looking horrible. I haven't seen any experts yet to see if I have too much scar tissue but my guess would be yes considering the amount that I can see. I also thought about a prosthetic and need some type of surgery on my TM joint and jaw so let me know how it goes and maybe I'll get daring enough to try and pursue all of it. Since I haven't had any surgeries since I was 9 years old, I really don't know how insurances work for adults with our conditions.
