Guest guest
A first for me , not bad ... had my first spaghetti squash ... Find a smallish one , cut in half and did in the Micro wave with a bit of chicken broth for 15 min... like suggested on the list , came out great not watery or anything Browned a a bit of lean hamburger threw in some spinach and a 1/2 cup Classico Tomato& Basil poured that over the S and sprinkled some Parmesan cheese on it.. IMO very good as i was really hungry for pasta and this hit the spot.... Hm that could get habit forming , it was cold day soul food to me .....have the other have tomorrow night. yum yum ------------------- Lynne Underwood Walnut Creek, CA ludogs@...
