Well, isn’t that peachy…..I

thought something was strange about my email……there wasn’t

any…..finally went and checked tonight and I’ve been bouncing on

yahoo for 2 days – ugh!  Sooooo if anyone sent a roll call Monday or

Tuesday I’ve missed it.

Let’s get my roll call out of the way

– lost 1.4 pounds tonight – it’s a loss and I’ll take

it but it hardly puts a dent in the 12+ pounds that I gained L  Never fear tho….I

was properly chastised by our KOPS last night – then by my mommy today –

and good ole Levona smacked me a good one tonight – all this “love”

no doubt I’ll get that off and then some LOL

I’m still playing catch-up and

actually making headway.  Ya’ll keep sending in those roll calls I AM keeping track!! 

YOUR CHALLENGE for this week is to NOT eat

anything 2 to 3 hours before bedtime.  The other challenges were easy, you all

got credit for them – the first one was to choose your car number –

the second one was to drink water

And wait till ya’ll hear about the

next one ROFLOL  (pulled it on my chapter last week it was fun – I’ll

send pictures Sunday with the new challenge)

While I’ve got 2 seconds here are the rules/points:

weigh in: loss 5 points for a loss

                  a turtle 2 points

KOPS: in leeway – 2 points (plus)

             Under goal – 1 point

(every ½ pound below goal)

report(by Saturday ea. Week): 4 points

keep your food journal: 2 points

exercise: 1 point for every 30 minutes or

mile

let us know you’re still kickin’

each week: 5 points

Challenge/Bonus points: 10 points

there are NO PENALTIES for gains in this

contest!!  (no points, but no penalties either)

KOPS out of leeway – no penalties,

but no points either
