Guest guest
Kris, I empathize with your friend's loss and yours. My husband's oldest brother passed away last month due to health complications related to diabetes. He was an active people person and much loved and respected. However, he didn't take care of himself like he should've and left behind a grieving mother, wife, and children in the prime of his life. I was diagnosed with diabetes in 1995 after being told I was borderline for years before. I'm still struggling to manage my diabetes and it is always a wake up call when you hear of someone succumbing to this disease. I'll be 46 yrs old in a couple of weeks and I am giving myself an early birthday present and that is to really buckle down and get my diabetes under control instead of letting it control me! Thank you for the reminder that we are not invincible. I wish you and Marcus's family well and hope that time will heal the wounds of such a loss. J. Yup, diabetes. --------------------------------- Yahoo! Mail Use Photomail to share photos without annoying attachments.
