Guest guest
I have to say this group has been beneficial to me during my decision to get a helmet for on of my twin girls, reading the stories and viewing the pics made me confident that plagio (in our case 9mm) can be corrected with this type of therapy. yes, I was worried about HOW she would react, she doesn't seem to even notice she has a helmet (her sister thinks is fun to grab the velcro strap though LOL). However, after 2 weeks of wearing the wearing the helmet, and watching it slightly rotate a bit when I slide it on her head, I think I have started to look at it and wonder HOW CAN THIS OLE HELMET really help change the shape of her head?!?!?! It just seem unbelievable. I just doesn't look like it's doing anything as I watch her playing and wearing the helmet. KWIM? Maybe this is the next phase of the plagio kid. Disbelief in the treatment since it's so.... passive. Have I have just gotten so used to fixing something immediately, that now when things take time, I doubt the solution's merit? I really does help, right? Even though I can't see anything yet. When did you actually notice improvement for the first time? I am thinking that in about 2 months, I should see some head shape change (not perfect but SEE the start of reshaping begin). PS posted my happy girl Estelle in the E section of our babies.
