Tossing helmet #1 (too many fit problems), waiting for #2

Well, there was no end to the problems with Phoebe's starband. It was

turning out to be a real puzzle for the ladies who were trying to fit

her, and after 12 days and 4 appointments to try to fix it, they

called at Orthoamerica, and he agreed to make a new helmet at not

cost.

They said that it doesn't happen very often, but they have seen bunk

helmets before. Sigh. That's ok actually, because we got a lot of

correction in just that one week (even with the problems)and now we

won't have to buy a second helmet! Her head was severe enough that

they were expecting us to need a second one. Now we just need some

good wishes that the next one fits! Keep your fingers crossed. :P

Oh I am so happy to hear you are getting another one at no cost. I

will definitely be crossing my fingers for you. Please let us know

how the second one goes. I'm glad they were willing to start over.

It is a good thing when they can admit things are not going as they

should. Way to go!
