Sun related headaches

Hello.....

If I'm in the sun without a hat for more than 5 minutes I develop an

excruciating headache that lasts for hours or even days. Yesterday I was in

a pool w/o a hat and still have the headache.

Anyone out there have this problem?

If so, any suggestions on how to relieve them?

you are definitely not alone. i have been suffering

with this as long as i can remember. what helps me is

when i know i am over heating i grab a popsicle and

keep sucking it. bringing the temp down quickly in my

mouth seems to help. they used to tell me i had sinus

problems when i was growing up and the reason i got

headaches was because i squinted at the sunlight.
