is it diabetes?

Thanks to everyone for all the very useful responses and recommendations.

ML's response sure hits home as I have a big problem with buildup of ear

wax. In fact, when I clean out the wax at home using a bulb squirting warm

water into my ears I now become quite nauseated and dizzy. I appreciate

everyone's comments and insights into my issues ... very useful.

I'll be seeing my doctor soon for my quarterly diabetes checkup. I'll have

some good questions to ask her this time. I can see I made a mistake simply

accepting these symptoms ( " oh, it's just part of being diabetic " ). I'm also

going to ask for my testing supply prescription to be increased, with so

many people in this and other groups saying, " Test, test, test! " Last time

I got her to change from two times a day ( " after getting good control the

insurance companies will only pay for 2 times a day " ) to four times a day,

but I'm testing more like 6-7 times a day now, so I'll need more supplies

soon.

Had a particularly nasty trip to the dentist today, but only suffered a

minor bit of dizziness after lying flat on my back for 45 minutes. Oh, that

old crown just didn't want to come out!

I've been spending a lot of time reading messages in this group and several

others, and it is being a real educational experience. Thanks for sharing

all this expertise!

Hi ml - I think you meant to say it did not come back (the feeling that is)

until 9PM - I see pictures in my head of your nose running off on little legs

<LOL>

Sorry to hear about your husband's struggle with cancer. I wish him and

you all the best.

I think I am ok with whatever they use for freezing but last time I had

so much my nose did not go away until 9PM, LOL!!!
